Kickstart your day with a gentle, revitalizing flow to help wake up your body and mind. Gentle Flow is perfect for beginners/first-timers and even seasoned yogis who are looking to just move mindfully and reconnect with the foundations of their practice.

Hatha Yoga by Dawn Sim

Beginning with breath awareness, the session will focus on mindfulness in movement and stillness as participants move from one pose to the next and hold for a certain number of breaths in each pose.

A hybrid between yoga and calisthenics, which focuses primarily on strength drills and arm balancing routines to prepare one for the world of inversions.

A surefire way to get your sweat on, Core Yoga focuses on moving the body in ways that engage muscles you never knew you had. It is dynamically paced but still completely accessible to beginners who want to challenge themselves physically and mentally!

By using a chair during this session, we are able to provide support for those who cannot stand for long or have trouble balancing to still get a fun workout and get those joints moving!

Yin Yang focuses on the balance of the gentle, quiet, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the powerful, active, and dynamic movements of Yang Yoga. Ideal class for both experienced and non-experienced practitioners

Power Yoga by Dawn Sim

Power Yoga by Dawn Sim

Time: 5.15PM to 6PM

A dynamic yoga practice that can deliver a cardiovascular and strength-based workout at the same time. Great for those who prefer a faster paced practice and will need to have prior experience in yoga in order to be able to flow through the poses efficiently.
