Department: Human Resource


The successful applicant should have strong background in HR Development and will act as the “go-to” person on Learning and Development matters. He/she is an integral part of the HR Team and will work closely with team members in proposing and operationalizing initiatives and improvement to training policy and processes.

He/she will also be expected to provide full spectrum of HR support to functional departments.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Administer staff training plans, including planning, course application, budget utilisation, course selection, post-training course evaluation, documentation, and application for training grant funding programs
    • Propose and implement training programs and initiatives
    • Act as Business partner to functional department and project teams by providing full spectrum of HR support including talent acquisition, onboarding, staff conduct & appraisals and benefits administration
    • Support staff engagement initiatives and welfare activities
    • Co-ordinate onboarding and exit matters, such as systems and pass applications /li>
    • All related and/or ad-hoc administrative tasks such as preparation of contracts, maintenance of staff records and reports


    • Degree/diploma/certificate in Human Resource Management
    • A minimum of 2 years of HR working experience and background in Learning and Development
    • Strong MS office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Keen eye to details
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with team members at all levels
    • Excellent spoken English
    • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR market trends
