From energising cardio workouts like Zumba and Cardio Kickbox, to muscle conditioning BBarreless and FTX, to the toning and rejuvenating Yoga Flow and Yin and Release Yoga, you’ll get to push yourself and mix it up for an overall body workout.

Schedule subject to change. Singapore Sports Hub reserves the right to amend, postpone or change the classes without prior notice.

 

OPENING HOURS

  • Daily: 7:00am to 10:00pm

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Studio
  • Users are expected to be dressed in appropriate sports attire
  • Covered shoes to be worn at all times, subject to the type of fitness class

HOW TO REGISTER

Call 6653 9190 or email fitness.studio@sportshub.com.sg 3 days in advance to book your Fitness Class! You may book any 2 class spots with each booking request.
