Where should I claim my item?
If your item is found, we will contact you to advise you on the collection point. Please ensure that you bring along a valid photo ID for verification when you collect the item.
What happens to unclaimed items?
Found property are stored for a period of 60 days before the unclaimed items are disposed or surrendered to the relevant authorities. If the items do not have a long shelf-life, please note that they will be disposed before the stipulated period as we deem fit.
What are the items that will not be accepted as found property?
